The 2Ring Historical Reporting (HRM) module, built on Microsoft Fabric®, delivers long-term reporting and analytics for Webex CC. It features a managed data storage and ETL pipeline, maintained by 2Ring to ensure seamless compatibility with Webex CC API updates.
2Ring HRM includes prebuilt historical reports with drill-downs, drill-throughs, dynamic filters, and flexible time-based comparisons (Y/Y, M/M, W/W), enabling in-depth performance analysis. Its business-user-friendly interface based on Microsoft Power BI® ensures fast onboarding.
With HRM, supervisors can track KPIs over time, uncover trends, and make data-driven decisions using reliable historical data.
